Keys to Wonderland

Sprites, characters, and maps for Keys to Wonderland. The team at Madvox Games provided me with the overall layout, then I drew the base map plus tiles, pickups, and characters.
As a fan of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, I couldn’t pass on the opportunity to squeeze in a few easter eggs–not to mention Dinah herself, now as a dog!

Pickups & Environment

Chests and pickups from Keys to Wonderland. It’s not an Alice game without size-changing and card suits!

Graveyard tiles that often hid basic keys, plus the secret collectible potion that could be used to grow bigger or smaller as needed.
The pill is an essential piece to the puzzle, hidden in plain sight.

Tiles used on the map for Keys to Wonderland.

This set began as assets for a maze game using Keys as a base that would later become Dinah’s Dreamwoods.
Since we went for a traditional autumn theme instead, these tiles went unused.
